- "For sure, we will do our best to help you, some units and buildings have multiple suppliers but others only have one."
- Can I find a place for less than 12 months?
- It’s possible but most landlords won’t accept such short contracts which means your options are reduced. What’s your budget and we will do our best.
- How much deposit do I need to pay?
- "Typically, landlords require a two month deposit and one month paid in advance upon contract signing. The deposit is refunded at the end of the contract assuming that there is no damage and that the electricity and water bills have been paid."
